I would also like to thank you all for you most wonderful comments on my posts, I think I am going to have to invest in a video camera at some stage, so that I can make my tutorials a little better. Maybe I could get Cameron Diaz to dub my voice LOL!
I used a slight different swirly frame from Birds Cards - fabulous free designs, she is awesome! The butterflies are from there too and those little teeny hearts are from the the wings of the butterflies - waste not, want not :-)
I did change the position of the leaves and the flowers, but only a little. I like how this one turned out.
The inside compliments the front and I used a stamp from a Recollections stamp set.
I am really proud of myself! I actually gave these cards to some dear friends as Thank You's. I don't know about you, but I have a very difficult time in parting with the cards I make and I told my friends that they were very privileged in receiving one from me :-) By the way, they loved them :-)
I hope you have all had a fabulous week and that you have a relaxing/crafting weekend.
Thanks for stopping by today.
Happy crafting.

I love this, especially the layer you cut on your Cameo. And what a great idea to cut several leaves for later use. I wonder if I did that if I'd remember where I put them?
ReplyDeleteThis version is beautiful too! Those frames are simply gorgeous. You're making me want a Cameo, Karon. Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI am in love with both versions, these cards are spectacular Karon. Hugs

I love this card and your leaves and flowers. I need to go back and read you post on Wednesday and see how you made them. Thinking this is something I'd like to have in my ever growing tool/supply stash. :)

ReplyDeleteI had a chuckle at you actually giving your cards away, as I am the same.
ReplyDeleteIts an ongoing joke with my crafting friends that I hoard my finished cards, lol.

I don't think this look will ever get old! It's so pretty all of the lace and the way it jumps out at you. A very timeless look!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I can translate things from Chinese to English spelling any better than you can! The writing is so different from our alphabet that your attempt is as good as mine! :)
